FAQs

How does Little Green Refills source its products creating minimal waste and how can we be sure the products are as sustainable and ethical as possible?

In line with our ethos, the products that we stock are bought in bulk from a co-operative wholesaler and almost all are supplied to us in recyclable/reusable containers. When we receive our deliveries the supplier collects the empty containers or boxes and, where possible, reuses them many times and then recycles them.  We also stock many locally made items, delivery is therefore made in person and packaging is reused as many times as possible.  We work closely with mostly small independent brands, using only the best natural ingedients, made here in the UK and packaged in reusable/ recyclable/ biodegradable materials.

Little Green refills was created by Beth and Ellen who themselves have been trying thier best to live a low waste lifestyle for some years now and we truly believe that little changes make a big difference.  All our small acts to reduce our waste will add up!

How do you choose what brands to work with?

We choose brands that share our goals of working towards a more sustainable future.  Brands that use natural ingredients, are UK based and are conscious of the packaging and transport that they use.
